Ingredients: gluten-free oats (made in a dedicated, gluten-free-certified, kosher processing facility free from the top 8 allergens: dairy, egg, soy, wheat, peanut, tree nuts, fish and shellfish.)

To enjoy a bowl of hot oatmeal put even parts oatmeal and water (or milk/non-dairy milk) into a bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir and let stand for 2 minutes.
